Kitchen Cabinet Styles
Every home has a style of its own, and the right cabinetry respects it.
Here is how we think about the four styles our clients ask for most, and the cabinet lines we use to bring each one to life.
Find the style that fits your home

Contemporary and European
Frameless cabinetry, slab or slim-profile doors and materials that do the talking: lacquer, rich wood veneers and stone. We design contemporary kitchens with DOCA, our European line from Barcelona.

Mid-Century and Eichler
Warm wood, long horizontal lines and an open connection to the garden. Eichler homes bring their own rules, from post-and-beam ceilings to slab floors, and we plan around them.

Transitional
The most requested style in our showroom: the warmth of a traditional kitchen with cleaner, simpler details. Crystal and Wood-Mode both excel here, often with shaker doors and a contrasting island.

Traditional
Raised and recessed panels, crown molding, furniture-style islands and finishes with depth. Wood-Mode's hand-applied stains and Crystal's wide door selection give traditional kitchens real character.
European or American cabinetry?
The biggest structural choice is between frameless European construction and framed American construction. Our guides explain the difference, show the kitchens we have designed in each and introduce the makers we trust for them.
