She was very supportive of me taking designs in my own direction, and helped me make them better than I could do on my own. She was incredibly flexible, always available, and very response. Greg was wonderful to work with. He was easy to reach, constantly on-site, and even proactively talked with neighbors on the one occasion when an issue came up that cause some disruption. The team he works with are great, competent, reliable, and communicative. We felt like we could ask anyone questions, and we very much felt like we were all partners in the process. And the end result was outstanding! People are still amazed at the transformation, and Greg continues to offer to come by and help with random maintenence issues (at no charge). "I purchased my condo in June, 2009 and decided that one of the first things I wanted to do was to renovate my kitchen. I looked around at many different kitchen renovation companies, but kept hearing a great recommendation from a about Artistic Kitchen Design, who had had her kitchen redone a few months prior. I decided to check it out, and upon doing so, determined immediately that they would be a great choice to go with for my renovation project. My designer was Sylwia, and she was superb. When she came out to do the initial measuring for the design, she came up with a great suggestion that would more than double my counter space. I have a gally style kitchen and she suggested that I extend the counter into the dining room to make a buffet serving area, which would not only give me more counter space but would also double the amount of kitchen storage and give me a nice area to create a wine storage rack. I loved her idea and was so excited to see the design that she created. During every step of the process, she guided me and was professional. She was always readily available and it was clear that she knew the product lines of the company. She was also willing to work with me and my budget, and helped make the renovation incredibly cost effective. She was very precise and took every detail seriously. When our cabinets came, there was a small blemish on one of the doors from the manufacture, and Sylwia took charge immediately to get the door replaced. Installation was also excellent, and was done by one of their contractors. He and his crew were also very professional and took care to ensure that everything in our kitchen was installed properly. He also did a great job in cleaning everything up so that there was not a mess left after he left. I felt so well taken care of while working with Artistic Kitchen Design, and it was evident that their clients are their number 1 priority. It has now been almost a year since my kitchen was completed, and I am still impressed with it every time that I look at it. It completely transformed my condo into a different place, and I get so many compliments from my visitors on how gorgeous the kitchen is. Without any hesitation, I would recommend artistic kitchen design to anyone who is looking for an honest and professional renovation company."

“We met initially with Sylwia in the late fall. She and I worked together for several months planning out every bit (I actually measured all my existing pots, utensils, cookbooks, etc so I had specific ideas of exactly how much space I needed for everything.) I added significant custom items, so the cabinets cost more than the original estimate, but it was all due to my choices (e.g. cherry wood, lots of roll outs, some decorative pieces, etc). The construction was as estimated. When demo started the project marched right along and finished 2 months later as planned. The manufacturer sent the wrong molding, twice, and I think Greg and Vicente were more upset than I was. As soon as the right material came in, Vicente was over finishing everything up. “

“Greg the owner and Sylvia the designer were very detail oriented and did not push us to make decisions but, they offered helpful suggestions throughout the planning stage. Demolition started on time. His crew was respectful of our home and very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. All work was of the highest quality. His subcontractors provided on time services and the workmanship was excellent. Some problems arose which were not Artistic Kitchen's fault. Greg assured us he would handle it and did so to our satisfaction. Greg went beyond what he was contractually bound to do to insure our satisfaction.
